Materials/Handouts: Yes and participants are asked to bring along a printout of their SEIP® results for reference during the workshop.

4. Social and Emotional Intelligence Assessment Package (SEQ )
Online Q Assessment: The Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile (known as SEIP®, a reliable and validated test) developed by the Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI).
Who Should Seek Testing: Individual adults, work groups, teams interested in beginning or increasing their awareness and understanding of their social and emotional intelligence in the workplace or within an organization. The Workplace version is recommended because it uses business language; however, the Adult (self) version may also be appropriate.
Group Size: Online tests are purchased and completed individually (or purchased by the business or organization sponsoring the workshop).
Materials: Link to PDF copy of EQ (SEIP®) Personal Profile results
Format/Description: EQ Assessment Package Includes:
- Access code to take the online test (SEIP®) of 78 question,
- Link to view PDF of personal results then download and print a copy if desired.
- Assessment/evaluation of the results by Dr. Patt
- 30-minute tele-conference with Dr. Patt to consult and answer questions regarding personal results
- Option to schedule an additional no-fee 15-minute consult with Dr. Patt to discuss a personal coaching plan to reach EQ goals.
