Cancellations

All Scheduled Services-Individual and Package Sessions are subject to these policies:

• Cancelled by E-mail 72 hours in advance………..No Charge                      
  EX: Cancelled by Sunday 6pm for an appointment on the following Wednesday at 6pm
• Cancelled by E-Mail 71-24 Hours in advance……………$25 Fee Charged /$25 Paid before next session
  EX: Cancelled after Sunday 6pm for an appointment on the following Wednesday at 6pm
• Cancelled/Late Rescheduled by E-Mail less than 24 Hours in advance………….Full Fee Billed/I session used           
  EX: Cancelled after Tuesday 6pm for the next day appointment on Wednesday at 6pm
• Missed Appointment………………………Full Fee Billed/1 session used
• Missed Appointment due to true personal/family emergency (not job -related)…………....Full Fee Waived
